* Description of Services
Titan Server provides web hosting services, domain registration, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

* Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees specified in the order form for the Services you select. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable. Titan Server Network, may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are not paid on time.

* Refund Policy
Titan Server Network offers a 14 – day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Refunds are not available for domain registration fees, setup fees, or any additional services purchased.

* Billing Process
Billing for the Services will occur on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.  Titan Server Network  will automatically renew your Services at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your Services before the renewal date. You can manage your billing and payment information through your account dashboard on the Titan Server Network website.

* Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.  Titan Server Network  cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

* Content

You are solely responsible for the Content that you upload, publish, display or otherwise make available through the Services. You agree not to use the Services to upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any of the following Content:

That is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially or otherwise objectionable; or that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade secret, or other intellectual property or privacy rights of any party. & that you do not violate any other applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Titan Server Network reserves the right to terminate your account for any violations of these Terms or for any other objectionable violations.

* Prohibited Content Policy
At Titan Server Network, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure hosting environment. As such, we strictly prohibit the following types of content and activities:

⬩ Phishing
⬩ Bank Debentures, Banking Botnets, Prime Bank Programs
⬩ Escrow Services
⬩ Pirated Software
⬩ Hacker Programs, Sites, or Archives
⬩ Warez Sites
⬩ IRC Bots
⬩ Proxy Scripts and Anonymizers
⬩ High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP)
⬩ Large File Storage and Download Sites
⬩ Lottery Sites, MUDs, RPGs, Hate Sites
⬩ Flash Games or Online Gaming Sites
⬩ Unauthorized Media (e.g. File Hosting Sites, Use as Media Storage)
⬩ Sites Promoting Illegal Activities

Violation Consequences
⬩ Immediate Suspension: Accounts found hosting illegal activities, media files, pirated software, hacker programs, warez programs, or other related illegal files will be suspended immediately without notice.
⬩ Contest Suspension: Violators may send a support ticket to contest the suspension. Depending on compliance, accounts may qualify for unsuspension.
⬩ Account Termination: Failure to remove offending content will result in account termination without refunds.

Termination
Titan Server Network may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that Titan Server Network believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services.

* Limitation of Liability
Titan Server Network liability to you is limited. In no event shall Titan Server Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

* Changes
Titan Server Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Titan Server Network will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at HostGrap’s sole discretion.

* Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms.
